The building’s structure is characterized by fluid, rounded forms that intersect and merge, intentionally evoking the dense, sculptural character of a traditional Greek streetscape. Interior Layout and Functionality

The internal courtyard serves as a unifying element, connecting the restaurant’s two primary functional zones. The first zone is oriented towards a bar experience, offering guests the choice between enjoying cocktails with views of an olive garden or relaxing in a comfortable lounge setting. Adjacent to this area, the upper floor accommodates fully equipped apartments complete with kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and terraces, available for rent and ideal for private events designed to feel like home parties.
